Albufeira is a tourist municipality that has a terminal municipality in conjuction with it´s beaches that are very well known in the region of the Algarve. In the municipality of Albufeira there are numerous golden sand and transparent waters to enjoy.

To speak of the beaches in Albufeira is to speak most importantly of the beach of the Falesia, or the beach of Galé. They are the most important per say, although the beach of Rocha Baixinha is important as well. These are a group of beaches that are well equipped.

We must also mention wild beaches or isolotaed ones like those of Marina and Aveiros as well as the beach of Dos Alemaes.
